Today I went to the Doctor Surgery for a Diabetes Checkup; all seems good, bloods were good too.
Afterwards I went shopping to find out about a Freeview box, then to get outdoor paint.
After that I went to get the usual shopping . Nothing exciting.
My daughter wanted me to try & get some Blackcurrant Lemsip; not much luck, so I popped into a local CO-OP on my way home, but they didn't have any either.
Around the side of the shop I'd heard there was a well kept verge & they're not wrong, here is part of the area.
