Moon cake

A gift from a family from HK at church yesterday. Taste tested tonight with the kids - it has cooked egg yolks inside! (Unexpected!) the majority was some kind of sweet mix which apparently has lotus flowers? Or is it fruit? I’m sure someone here knows what we ate!
