Tuscan Delights

This morning we took the train to Pisa. I  was so excited to see the tower, baptistry and cathedral - the experience exceeded my expectations!! We went in the baptistry and Duomo which were stunning, and  wandered around the tower amazed at how beautiful it is and by  how much it leans! 
We returned to Lucca early afternoon and after a brief siesta we visited the small botanic garden  and then ascended the Guinigi Tower for splendid views over the roof tops of Lucca and to the hills beyond.
