Another one Bites the Dust!

Yet another car misjudged the bend in the road I walk down daily. Without a doubt it would have been going too fast in this 30mph limit. I do worry that it will happen one day when I’m walking along. It’s a real rat run these days.

Went to MK today. J wants to buy me a new I phone for all the work I’ve done on the house. We had an appointment, but it was so busy that we decided to leave it for another day. I’d better keep on the right side of him incase he changes his mind!

We popped into Superdry. I couldn’t believe my eyes … Afghan coats galore, and beautiful retro psychedelic tunics and dresses! I tried on an Afghan coat … oh my word! How I’d have loved to buy it. But I did buy a top. I said to the assistant “The scary thing is, I remember all these from the first time round!” He actually didn’t understand what I meant! Then said that someone had mentioned retro the other day. I took a picture of me trying one of the coats on, but as I couldn’t find the old pictures of me wearing the original in 1971/2 I’m not adding it!
