Its another.....

Harbour Blip.

What can I say, I like harbours and it was such a lovely afternoon today, the sun was shining and the boats looked lovely.

My back seized up again overnight and I had to stand under a hot shower for a while to ease it a bit. Hubby had to put my shoes on for me, made it in to work with the help of some ibuprofen. It feels easier this evening, so fingers crossed it doesn't happen again tonight, if so I'll have to go to docs as I have a long flight on saturday :)


As my mum would often say " I need rubbed out & wrote in again" gotta love these old fashioned sayings :)
