Rainy Walk

I often take side streets off the walking path to make my daily exercise more interesting. Today’s walk was very wet, but very scenic. It’s so lush right now and the rain always makes everything smell so fresh. I met my sister and my oldest childhood friend for lunch and a long chat. I haven’t seen my friend for several years so we had some catching up to do, and my sister hadn’t seen my friend for over 15 years!
