Sunrise Patterns

Today or tomorrow is the autumn equilux when day length and night length are equal, give or take a minute or two depending upon where you are on the earth.

My latitude is exactly 56 degrees 25 minutes 24.96 seconds.

However, sunrise and sunset is not like switching a light on or off. The atmosphere has quite an effect on muddying the light.

Enough of this rambling on. I took today’s Blipfoto at 07.22 a.m.  
After breakfast we sat down to look at the highlights of the qualifying session of the Japanese F1 Grandprix and then Strictly Come Dancing.

Both of these events, but particularly SCD are proof that we are now into Autumn.
