Occupational therapy!

This morning mum and I sat in the sun lounge, colouring in - my sister bought mum some really fab colouring in books for Christmas and I often ask mum if she wants to do some art, but she often doesn't, or says 'if you really want me to ..'

But today she was very keen. I really enjoy it too, and she chatted about all sorts of things and told different stories to the usual, often repeated ones.

After a morning indoors I had to get out, so I headed off to my usual stomping ground and caught this swallow having a bit of a scratch ..
