Rainy Day

A good amount of rain today, and a fun one too. Eric finished up  canning plums while I cleaned out the kitchen closet in the basement. Then we headed for Kaiser, where we each had business there to attend to, after dropping off a load at Goodwill. 
There's actually a closet in our strange (and way too messy) basement; over the years it's become the repository for kitchen related things, like the canner, empty jars, etc.
