Thanks for your comments yesterday, it was a bad day.  Today has been chasing the local authority on next steps.  There are some other options but they are either very far away or very unlikely to accept him.  We’re trying to tap into some NHS funding to boost our options and there’s a meeting next week.  We have a new social worker, so maybe that will help.  Also the local authority is going to request proper feedback of why they rejected us.  They said they’d consulted professionals and we want to know who they consulted and what they said.
