Monday Motivation
How about a little Louis Armstrong to remind us that it's a Wonderful World? Have a listen at the link below. I love this song. And sometimes we all need a little reminder.
Blip is such a lovely community, a microcosm of wonderful, where everyday beauty is shared and appreciated; where people from around the globe, from all walks of life, with diverse talents and gifts exchange personal stories through pictures and words. When I have a bit of extra time I peruse random images, peek into various journals and delight in following comments. I try to at least leave stars when an entry touches me, but I'm not very regular in commenting even on the journals I subscribe to. Nor do I always respond to comments left on my journal, although I deeply appreciate them. I hope no one ever feels obligated to comment or to acknowledge my comments - for then Blip would become a chore and too little time would be left for living outside the World Wide Web and enjoying the Wonderful World.
"What A Wonderful World"
I see trees of green, red roses too.
I see them bloom, for me and you.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
I see skies of blue, and clouds of white.
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky.
Are also on the faces, of people going by,
I see friends shaking hands. Saying, "How do you do?"
They're really saying, "I love you".
I hear babies cry, I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more, than I'll ever know.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
