it turned out a nice day…. sun and strong gusts…. my new apple watch was delivered and i spent some time updating it…. the pairing was seamless and connecting it to O2,was fine too…. …. apple sure makes things easy….

later it was gym which was hard work today especially the building work and heel to toe walking ….i asked Marilyn for a cuppa and we had a good chat………..
