St Paul's

Will went to school this morning, still feeling a little rough but better than yesterday.

I went to London and had a lovely day chatting and having lunch with Lorraine, the lady we rent the gite in France from. We get on really well and chatted non-stop from about 11.30am to about 5pm! Lots to catch up with as we didn't go to France this summer so I haven't seen her since August '22, although we keep in touch via Facebook.

Carys hasn't had the best day. Bad headaches, possibly hormonal. She was signed off by med. centre from both contemporary and pointe after sitting out jumps in class (unheard of for Carys, turns and jumps are her favourite thing). Hopefully she will get some decent sleep and feel better tomorrow.
