Swedish Yle on stage

We are used to seeing them in the window, hearing them on the radio and reading their texts. But journalism is so much more than just the end product. Now eight of Svenska Yle's journals are taking the stage for the first time and offering the audience a unique insight into the world of Journaliken.

The audience gets to hear the story behind the story in the form of live journalism that leaves no one untouched. Each of the Journals portrays one of the most important and thought-provoking stories from his life as a journalist and takes us behind the scenes. There will be joy, seriousness, self-irony, humor and strong stories.

Journalists on stage are Niklas Aldén, Barbro Björkfelt, Annvi Gardberg, Anne Hietanen, Ville Hupa, Tika Sevon Liljegren, Marcus Rosenlund and Mån's DJ Bunuel Strömberg.

The show premieres on September 19 at Tryckeriteatern in Karis, and continues to the Schaumansalen in Pietarsaar on September 21. The last performance is on September 26 at the Swedish Theater in Helsinki. A taped version of the performance is then published in the Arena.
