Question stems

Day two of five of my training course today. I haven’t enjoyed sitting in front of a screen for two days and my attention definitely slips after lunch but I have enjoyed the contents and the prompts to consider what’s important and how to ask the right questions. A good coaching opportunity this morning and some detail of what the final assessment will look like were the highlights. I also managed to stick to my plan and get out early enough to run.
