The sun briefly made an appearance just before 4pm and Diane suggested we visit the old ruined church at Aberuthven.

Dedicated to St. Cathan, the church was first stated in the charter of c.1198 by which Gillebrigte, earl of Strathearn, granted the church to the monastery at Inchaffray, the grant being confirmed by King William at Scone in September 1198.

Then it was back to TCP for some more laughs and foooooood! A lovely spag bol. Mmmm... Delish! Time flew by and before I knew it, it was time to head home. Thanks again guys for a wonderful weekend. It was brill!
