At a lovely work event, the Trades Hall in Glasgow. Very grand - see extra. Lots of people from different places, we chatted, body-drummed (yup!) and made pictures of our perfect communities.

Got to reconnect with some fantastic folk I haven't seen for a while, and got some words of wisdom from the ever-wonderful Wilma from Langlees in Falkirk.

The secret to the card pictured in my blip is that it's made from seed paper, write your messages, then plant them and wildflowers will grow.

Good for the soul.
