Lovely evening view from a friend’s house this evening looking over to Mont Blanc.

Took an early train to Bretaye and walked up to the top of the Grand Chamosaire. Lots of birds around but no other animals. The ground has been dug up by the local wild boar living on the mountain side.

This evening we could hear Red Deer rutting from our chalet. We haven’t heard it before from here but they were very active.
