"Darkness is Coming"

Haha!! Impressive eh?!

One of my party tricks! But also a clue for what film I seen tonight at the cinema....any guesses?!

Yes I am now officially a trekkie!
After the disappointment of The Great Gatsby being sold out, the new Star Trek film, Into Darkness was the next best thing available. I remember watching some of the episodes of the TV series so the characters were recognisable, although one thing I did notice - does the guy with the screen glasses thingy over his eyes not exist in the film version?! Answers on a postcard please!

Regardless of the amount of action in the film I was never really concerned that I wasn't going to like it because with the lovely Benedict Cumberbatch in the bad guy role, I was always going to like the film! He is so good as Sherlock that he's crazily good in this movie - so much so that although he was depicted as the bad guy, I couldn't hate him! He was just too good! That intense, icy stare just catches you and reels you in!

Earlier in the day I joined some friends for lunch to say goodbye to Lyndsay! For any of you in the Dundee area I highly recommend the little cafe 'Lily and Stone'. It's genuinely a very little place but the food is amazing and it has a cute, relaxed atmosphere!
