Walkies

Very little sun on show today. I (Chris) had a quick amble along the canalside at lunchtime but the lighting wasn't very photographic. Thankfully there were a few people out and about to animate the scene so a rare (for us) blip with people centre stage.

Tough hill efforts session with the running club tonight but fun nevertheless.
