Sunday Sunrise Swim

Lovely morning swim today. The water temperature is a bit cooler edging towards 20C but it was lovely and refreshing.

After effects of the double jab yesterday I felt headachy, tired, achy, shivery all afternoon and ended up binge watching between doing laundry. The lovely roast dinner I’d planned didn’t get cooked and I had yoghurt with fruit for my dinner.
