Blossom

Walked into town this morning and this lovely blossom was hanging over someone’s fence just asking to be blipped!  Later I parked at Waterfall Creek for my usual trek along the Millennium Track.  Sunny and warm on the way out but half way back the skies darkened and a few insistent rain drops started to fall.  By the time I reached the car it was raining quite well … and what a storm followed.  Huge winds, clouds of rain blowing sideways, the pine trees by the Show Grounds were throwing down bits of branches and cones hammered on the car.  No damage to the car that I can see.  The worst of the storm was probably over in half an hour.  Spring!
