A lonely egret

At the place where the Siltcoos river reaches the ocean.
I will put up some extras as the spot where I stood and the beautiful weather really allowed me to take in some great views.

I did a long walk with the dog as I needed to think. I decided to cancel my trip to Germany and Switzerland because I would feel guilty every single day for leaving my dear but often disoriented hubby alone. And he still has Covid. He is not able to test himself to see whether it is over.

I hope to be able to reschedule when I find someone who can stay with him.

My heart aches for not being able to see the sweet grandkids.
