Flowers that keep on giving

Most of our sunflowers are still in flower and continue to attract insects.
One group have faded though but the seeds are disappearing so I suspect they providing food for the birds.

We also have a posse of sparrows and finches that raid the bird feeders several times a day. A constant conveyer of birds keep on emptying one of the feeders at about the same times every day. They don't seem much interested in another identical feeder just a foot or so away. Even when the first one is all gone, it takes three or four times as long to empty the second one.
