By the time we passed the Lakes the seats on the other side had started to fill up, but I'll be on the other side on the way back. I have only been to Birmingham twice before: once to a cricket match at Edgbaston as it meant we got a day off school (when even the people who were there to see cricket didn't see much being played as the cricktball pitch was too rainy) and once when I had to change trains at New Street on the way to Sutton Coldfield and then Warwick. I only changed trains there again today but at least got a short walk between stations.
