Arrival

Popped to the gym this morning to do some light weights. Thought I needed to target some weight training having read an article on ageing in the Guardian and reading a leaflet on avoiding falls that Richard was given!

Storm Agnes passed over in the night without causing problems. So managed to finish painting the side gate. Whilst the paint was drying went out for a wander with camera in hand. Spotted the 14:50 arrival on Platform 1. Still quite busy even outside the school holidays.
