Dismay

This photo obviously wasn’t taken today. It is the only one I have of the sycamore tree which was wantonly sawed down last night up at Hadrians Wall.
A 16 year old is helping police with their enquiries. If it was him, I just can’t start to understand his thought process in doing such a thing.
As is obvious from my thread, I love nature and it has, and still is, getting me through some very sticky situation in my life.
I was in shock when I read about it and, quite honestly, it broke my heart.
