Elderflower wine recipe

Elderflowers are abundant in late spring and early summer. Make the most of them with this delicious elderflower wine recipe.

Ingredients
1 pint jug full of elderflower florets Eight pints of boiling water
3 lbs of sugar
Juice and rind of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar Pinch of wine-making yeast.
