The Puncture

1st Late Night out on the Road Bike in Many-a-Month for a shake-down as the Mountain Bike is being serviced.Enjoyed the Speed increase and distance ridden but didn't enjoy the rear puncture on the way home,which I probably wouldn't had got if i hadn't taken a short detour onto the beach trail just to fill up my bottle from the water fountain.Still,I didn't really mind the 3 mile walk back home.Yes I could had fixed the puncture,but it was way to dark on the beach trail for fumbling about with a patch kit,as it had just gone midnight.Anyway..the only plus point is its made a late night/early morning blip.I used the bike light to illuminate the scene.
