New business downtown

The coffee shop down the street from where I live has opened a second shop in a building downtown. The Rosenbaum opened in 1899 as a department store. That store closed in 1971. Another department store moved in but also left. A bank purchased the building in 1986 and renovated it.

Today, new businesses are moving in. The coffee shop is open (I stepped in for a scone and a downtown-business discount card), and there's also a bakery inside. Other areas are being painted and readied for more to move in.
