Autumn Alfie Adventures!

Day 1 - Kendal

Alfie the Campervan and I are off on an adventure! I drove 4 and 1/2 hours today and ended up in this beautiful wooded campsite just outside Kendal, at the southern end of the Lake District.

I was supposed to leave last Friday, but testing positive for Covid the morning I was to leave threw a spanner in the works! After a rough couple of days, I’m feeling pretty well now. I stayed home for 5 days, following the current guidance after a positive test. Thankfully I’ve taken a long stretch off work, so I can still do my long tour! Heading further north tomorrow!
