Autumn decor on a road sign

Had a chuckle at the maple leaf, cedar tips and pine needles stuck on  the sign. I especially liked the cedar tip on the head that looks like blowing hair. The cedar trees are very stressed from the drought, lots of dried tips on the trees and on the ground. 
G couldn't get the tractor started a few weeks ago. Our friend Jamie the fire chief volunteered to come down to have a look to see if he could get it going. There were a couple of bolts that neither of them could get off, and it looked like the starter needed to be replaced. Jamie said that he had tools that could likely get the bolts off. He went home, googled a replacement starter and sent G the info. G ordered it and it arrived quite quickly. Jamie came back down with his tools this afternoon and they replaced the starter. Bingo! Hardly took any time at all. Will be good to get the tractor into the shed again. It was covered with a tarp to protect it from the recent rain. Good to have friends who are so willing to help out!
