Don’t lose the plot

Last Christmas our eldest daughter Ellie (known on here as Matthew’s mummy) and husband Mike bought us a subscription to a mystery book each month of 2023. We’ve read some great books we wouldn’t otherwise have found and only received one that we already owned. Anyway, to cut a long story short, this is the latest one and it’s an absolute cracker. Just finished it this morning before getting up and starting the rest of the day.
In other news the Pixie is 5 today. Her mum sent a video of her opening the present we sent. Looks like, with a bit of help, we got it just right.
What a lovely way to start the day.
