King Kong

Um, that's what my dear OO looks like in this picture...

She's developed a passion for all kinds of monkey bars. I guess she really likes the challenge - I discovered she has callouses on her palms from going on monkey bars at her preschool. That's hardcore!

So this evening, as she was going on this for the umpteenth time, she accidentally twisted her wrist. She writhed in pain and screamed bloody murder when we attempted to touch her wrist, yet she adamantly refused to leave the playground. The only way to cajole her to go home was ice cream, of course.

Thank goodness she seemed to do a bit better after some icing, ice cream-eating and soaking in a warm bath. Hopefully she'll be back to her normal self by tomorrow!
