Friends

Met some friends for lunch which involved a lovely meander there and back too. Nice. These are such good friends - every time we meet, we wonder why we don’t do it more often. One of them has just published her second book on cats. Big in the States. So much faff is involved afterwards - interviews that scare the living daylights out of her. It’s a fascinating world.

And a swim later. My arms are throbbing a bit from yesterday. Not sure if the swimming yesterday and today is making them better or worse. The cold water is certainly refreshing.
