Asian delights

I fell in love with wood carvings about 35 years ago after a couple of business trips to Istanbul. I went round the obligatory bazaars and whilst colleagues were distracted by Efes beer and belly dancers I was ogling ancient American cars and carved wooden objects particularly cloth printing blocks. Thus began a desire for a collection! I was never able to afford the intricate carved blocks so I settled for other less expensive artefacts.
