A little deflated..

The air rushed out of my back tyre with a sudden POP!

Mmmm....no mending that then! Walk with the bike back to the car. Walk to work. Nice to stretch the legs. The sun shone at first but the clouds started to gather, speed up a little and build some heat.

I have stuff on my mind...walking helps to get it all in place....gets it sorted.

The familiar route looked different from the ground...look at life differently..reminds me of that Joni Mitchell song 'I've looked at life from all sides now'....

I found myself thinking about friends that moved away, I haven't heard from them in ages. I must sort that out.

I feel change coming.....I wonder what that will be?
