Two Beaches

We drove to Skala and a mooch around there, it is a lovely place. (And the lemon cake was tasty too).

We stopped on the way at a piece of coastline that reminded me of the coastal road to Belfast (weird I know, but very like it).

Mounda Beach was our next stop off. Sun soaking and swimming was lovely.

Our next beach was Lourdata Beach. We had a bite to eat in a little cafe and then sat in the sunshine and swam a bit more.

A little stop off at Cafe Platanos for wine with a view. It is run by Thornton, a very English eccentric man. He is lovely and the place is so quirky with a fabulous view.

We couldn’t be bothered driving anywhere this evening so we walked down to Chefalonia for a lovely meal, then a cheeky drink in the cocktail bar on the way back to our room.
