Trees in Fairmilehead Park

A grey start to the, it might brighten up. On a daunder around the park, I spot a Red Admiral butterfly on a leaf. It doesn't stir when I get close to it, which makes me think it is still warming up for the day. It was a little cool overnight. In a walk through a woodland area, I spot a very colourful maple leaf on the ground. Main blip of the trees in the park shows the small tress are definitely turning. Walk to Morningside for weekend groceries, then home again. Bring in the washing as rain is imminent. Another daunder around the park with my partner, no stopping for photos, Then to the off licence for some wine. Rain has started when we come out.
