Finally home!! 
I do love a 'motivational message' ! 

My friend Mr H has been looking after the cats Fatboy  n Jess while Ive been away. It was fab seeing my furry friends come running towards me as I walked through the door... at least they seemed pleased to see me. 
Ive lost 6lbs since Sunday , stopped smoking and am trying to eat healthy foods. As a single guy if anyone has any ideas slash recipes please feel free to pass them on.
