Tuesday Night

Tuesday night is yoga night. When you walk in to the hall with the days stresses still circulating in your body you know that by the time you leave you will be floating on air. Each pose relaxing the muscles and stilling the mind. Nearing the end of the class you lay down on your mat covered with a blanket to enjoy relaxation and meditation. Yoga, an amazing tool for body and soul.
