Relaxing read on Sunday

Despite the depiction in the photo it was quite a busy day later because everyone came for Sunday Lunch. In the kitchen the should of pork was slowly roasting along with a chicken. It was a lovely dinner despite me forgetting to do roast potatoes! With seven of our eight grandchildren there, plus mum's and dads, it was noisy and it looked like a hurricane had hit the dining room/conservatory when they were all playing with lots of different things.
Julia and the twins were the first to leave mid-afternoon, they have a long way to go to Thetford and have to prepare for school in the morning.
Daniel did a lot of tidying up of toys before the rest left so I was very grateful for that.
And then I had an hours sleep, bliss!
