Hillocks…no, it’s true!

Taken a bit of a liberty with the date here, as I’m back in Scotland, but I meant to Blip this on Friday, when I was up Trencrom Hill near sunrise. Unique and special place from which you can see both St Ives Bay and Mounts Bay, first encountered with my grandma in the 70s.She painted it regularly, capturing the yellows of the gorse, the turquoise of the waters and the rich earthy colours contrasting with the mottled greys of huge ancient burial stones. You kind of need to know it’s there, as it isn’t publicised much, I’m glad to say.
