Last longish one

Three weeks till Beachy Head, so this was the last longish run. 
Running buddy was struggling a little today, he's the white dot coming up the hill. I waited here for him (at about 15 miles), so had time to grab a pic.

In the evening, we quizzed at the pub, improving our usual position by coming joint 3rd (there were some no-shows which helped!)
