Sun, Wind and Rain

Only 6 of us turned up at the meeting place, and we decided to park at the Yacht Club and walk from there to Bremner Bay sheltered by trees along the path.  It was a sunny walk, with strong winds in the exposed places, and rain on the distant mountains.  We soon became 2 parties of 3.  Three of us turned back at Bremner Bay and headed for the nearest coffee shop, while the others walked on to Beacon Point, and they had lunch at Bremner Bay.  I walked just over 10k steps, or 9 k's.  Quite enough in such windy conditions.  We all decided it was well worth the effort, as it was lovely and sunny.  +15C.  Home now, and it has just started to rain!!
