I was a long time at the hospital because they were running late (hence the bleeper)

great doctor but basically it's food diary time if I want to see a gastro-enterologist later (and I think BUPA can sort that if I do)

meantime...live with it...but the interesting thing was he reckoned some of my back problems may be linked - so will add them to the diary
