Lemon drizzle

Once upon a time I baked quite often, but these days I rarely bake cakes at all apart from the obligatory Christmas cake, and a cake for MrM's birthday. More often than not it's his favourite - a lemon drizzle cake, oozing with lemony zing! I made it today,  a day late as we were in York yesterday, and he enjoyed a slice when he got back from work this afternoon. I suspect that it won't last long!
