Dinner at Maison Francois with Laura and Sian.

A full year since I found an anomaly in my breast. A full years worth of hell (I can't lie). Cancer free and a day worth celebrating.

Great new restaurant which sounds like it's been in St James's forever but is quite new. The best comté gougères I have ever eaten and Mangalisza chops perfectly cooked and rested. 10/10.
