A little porcelain set ...

Headed up to Shenzhen today on a miserable, wet day in HK. There has been flooding up in China and with the amount of rain we had here today, I was sure the New Territories would not be spared.

Took my dear friend Jasmine up there today as she's preparing for the family's return to Oz next month. They're moving to Melbourne, so she wanted to get some warm things made for the very cold winters there.

I was accompanying her and just picking up a few things to send back to the German cousins. Had a really good time there with her and we'll have to go back in two weeks again ... yay!

Whilst there, we passed a ceramic/china shop that had this very delicate fine bone china 'goldfish' rice bowl set displayed in the window. It was so delicate I could see the light right through it. Couldn't resist taking a picture. The little goldfish on the bottom are chopstick rests!

Tomorrow is Dragon Boat Day, which is a public holiday here, so looking forward to some good blip ops!!
