this is….Rex gave me it yesterday Annmarie bought it in Italy for me….

busy day: Sainsbury delivery, then a trip to the chemist with yesterday’s prescription….which they will deliver later as they didn’t have it in, on to M&S to pick up another rainbow blanket knitting kit…Elvira would love one too….
a quick lunch and on to the podiatrist for diabetic checkup, Pop into Aldi across from them and onto home….where i can sit 5 miles before going to gym…
and all that happened because i had an amazing night’s sleep and woke at 8.10….
